Upper Arlington Board of Education Operating Norms:
All UA School Board Members, the Superintendent, and other Administrators had two summer work sessions to create the expected norms and behavior for all School Board Members. Coming out of the Pandemic and welcoming a new Superintendent, it was a great opportunity for the group to create expected norms and behaviors.
As seen in several Board meetings this year, not every Board member understood their role.
